Burricleta Tour through the Plana del Baix Ter, an area of apple orchards, the sweet fruit that makes up this unique landscape in Empordà. We invite you to see, taste and try this internationally prestigious apple.
The Girona apple is one of the gastronomic, agricultural icons of the Girona province. In Empordà, the apple trees paint an agricultural landscape of great beauty that many farmers have tended to over many years with passion, love and dedication.
Through the itinerary that we propose and following the level paths next to dikes, streams and apple trees, we want to bring you closer to our land, our history, flavour and aroma. Half way through the tour, we propose a visit to the plantation, the production system and the facilities of the MOOMA cellar and a small breakfast under the apple trees: juice, cider, dried apple and apple compote. A delicious and innovative experience!
