First, you pedal along the banks of the Ter river until the estuary at la Gola where you enter the wetlands of Baix Ter. The migratory birds make a stop at the small lake of Frare Ramon.
Then, you get to Estartit beach. Here you can get off your Burricleta and have a swim if the weather's good or take a stroll across the deserted beach in the winter.
You then ride towards Montgrí, a chalkstone hill range with mediterranean vegetation. You visit Punts Milà, an exceptional viewpoint which looks over the sea and Cala Montgó
You go down to Cala Montgó where you can bathe or have lunch.
The next stop is Illa Mateua, a charming cove to have a swim and see the sea. There is also a small restaurant just above the sea, a beautiful place to rest before making your way back.
Finally, after pedalling along the Pla de Sobrestany, you pass Ullà i Torroella de Montgrí where you can visit the old town.
